Buyers see prices in taka and pay by cash on delivery, bKash, SSLCommerz or manual Nagad. Manual payments carry a transaction ID that staff check in the admin. Phone numbers are normalised to +880, including numbers typed in Bengali numerals.
Each order can be booked with Pathao or Steadfast from the admin, and the tracking number is saved on it. Buyers check where their parcel is by entering their phone number, the same order tracking we built into NextGen Mobile.
