User research
We list the tasks people come to complete, read your analytics and support messages, and talk to a few users and staff. The output is a short document of tasks, problems and priorities that the design is checked against.
Rizer works as a UI UX design agency Bangladesh-wide, handling user research, wireframes, clickable prototypes, design systems and usability fixes on live websites, web apps and mobile apps. We designed and built IELTS Test BD, a Rajshahi test platform with an 18-screen admin, and the NextGen Mobile storefront, and the same team can build what we design. Across all our services: 8+ years, 120+ projects, rated 4.9 from 50+ reviews.

Students, teachers and admins each get their own workspace, gated by role. Students take Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking on phones as often as on laptops, and the whole centre runs from 1 admin workspace.
6 pieces of work. You can hire us for 1 of them, such as an audit of a live product, or for all 6 on a new build.
We list the tasks people come to complete, read your analytics and support messages, and talk to a few users and staff. The output is a short document of tasks, problems and priorities that the design is checked against.
For a site or app that is already running, we walk through each key task and record where it breaks: unclear labels, missing error messages, extra steps, slow screens. Each problem comes with the screen it is on and the fix we suggest.
Grey-box layouts of every screen and the links between them. Structure, content order and navigation are agreed here, while changes are still quick to make.
The agreed wireframes become a prototype you can tap through on a phone or click through on a laptop. We test it with real tasks before any development starts.
Final screens in your brand colours and type, including the states that are easy to forget: empty lists, loading, errors, success messages and disabled buttons.
Colours, type, spacing, buttons, form fields, tables and their states, documented once so every new screen is built from the same parts.
7 patterns we have designed and shipped in Bangladeshi products. Each one is shown in a case study on this site.
Each block names the screen, the decision we made and the reason, with a link to the full case study.

Each module row shows Start, Resume or Result depending on where the student left off, and the main action changes with it. A returning student reaches the right place in 1 tap. Modules can be taken on separate days, and the overall band is calculated once all 4 are done.
Start, Resume or Result on every module

Staff open the workspace to act, so the first screen lists writing reviews waiting, payments awaiting approval, new registrations and today's activity. Analytics sit below the queues. The gradebook shows 1 row per student per mock test instead of 4 separate skill attempts.
Queues first, analytics after

A NextGen Mobile search result opens the same catalogue view as a category, with the filter chips and sort control still in place. Every filter combination has its own URL, so a filtered view shared in a Facebook post lands on the same products.
Typo-tolerant search in Bengali and English

Our own site uses 1 typeface, 1 gold accent and a shared set of components. Every case study follows the same order, so a reader who has finished one can read the next without relearning the page. The comparison table turns each row into a labelled card on small screens, so no page scrolls sideways.

The length of each step depends on the number of screens and user roles. The quote lists the steps and the dates.
You show us the product or the idea, who uses it and where they get stuck. We follow up with a quote.

A portfolio of polished mockups does not show whether the design worked once real users had it. Our case studies show live screens from IELTS Test BD, NextGen Mobile and our own site.
Check whether users try a prototype before development. We test clickable prototypes with real tasks and revise the steps where people hesitate.
A design your developers can build needs every screen state and a documented set of components. Ask to see a sample handover before you sign.
When designer and developer work for different companies, details get lost between them. Our team covers design and development, and builds on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or custom code.
Usability problems appear in real use. We keep refining after launch, and the same team can run the SEO and ads that bring users to the product.
UX work often leads straight into a build. These pages cover the build services, and the full list is on our services page.

App development in BangladeshWe send a quote after a free 15-minute call. The quote depends on 4 things:
UX design decides what the screens are, what is on each one and the steps a user takes to finish a task. UI design decides how those screens look: colour, type, spacing, buttons and form fields. We do both, starting with UX, because a well-styled screen in the wrong place still loses users.
Yes. We start with a UX audit of the main tasks, then redesign the screens where users drop off, usually forms, navigation, search and checkout. We redesign products built on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or custom code, and our developers can make the changes.
Yes. We design and build Android, iOS and cross-platform apps along with the backend, admin panel and API they need. The interface work shown on this page comes from web apps and websites, such as IELTS Test BD and NextGen Mobile. App projects are scoped and quoted after the free call.
You receive the research summary, the wireframes, the clickable prototype, the final screens with every state, and the design system that documents colours, type and components. If our team builds the product, you also receive the working site or app.
Ask to see live products you can open, ask how designs are tested with users before development, ask what the handover contains, and ask who builds the design. Our case studies show live screens from each project we cite.
No. Rizer works remotely with organisations across Bangladesh. Research calls, design reviews and prototype tests run online, and prototypes are shared as links that users open on their own phones.
