Screen structure is agreed in plain wireframes before colour or imagery. The approved wireframes become a clickable prototype that people use on a phone or laptop, so changes to the flow are made before any development starts.
Colours, type, components and their states are documented so developers build each part once. Our own site runs 9 case studies on 1 template, and its comparison table restacks into labelled cards below 700 pixels, verified at 390 pixels.
For a live site or app, we fix the screens where users drop off, starting with forms, navigation and checkout. Your developers receive ready files, or our own team builds the design, which removes 1 handover between designer and developer.

In many cases, yes. An audit shows which screens lose the most users, and many fixes are changes to forms, labels, navigation order and button placement on the existing code. When the structure itself is the problem, the audit says so and we scope a redesign.
