A customer types a consignment number or the phone number used at booking and sees each status: picked up, at hub, out for delivery, delivered. The page reads from your system through an API or from a sheet that your staff update. Bengali numerals and +880 numbers are accepted.
A sender enters pickup address, parcel weight, size and destination district. The form shows a delivery estimate from your published rate card or sends the request to your sales team by email and WhatsApp, with the phone number saved in a consistent format.
Merchants create bulk bookings, print labels, see the status of every parcel and check COD collected and paid out. Admin staff approve new merchants, set rates per account and export reports. Merchants can also download each payout statement as a spreadsheet.
Shops on WooCommerce, Shopify or custom code can send orders straight to you. We document an API and build a WooCommerce plugin if you need one. Each order arrives with the recipient's +880 number, district and COD amount already filled in.
Mystic Shop BD sends orders to courier services with cash on delivery, and NextGen Mobile lets buyers track an order by phone number. SRS Networks shows what a rebuilt B2B service site did for visitor numbers.
