Yes. We review the current theme, apps and page speed, then rebuild the layout on a new or updated theme. Unused apps are removed, product URLs stay the same where possible, and changed URLs get redirects so links from Facebook posts and Google still work.
You do. The Shopify account, domain, products and customer list are in your name from the start. We work through a staff account, and you can remove our access whenever you choose. Shopify plan and app fees are billed to you by Shopify.
