Editor roles in the CMS
HR posts vacancies, the procurement team posts tenders and communications publishes news, each with access only to its own section. A senior editor approves pages before they go live, and every change is recorded.
Our corporate website design in Motijheel is for head offices, group companies and associations that publish more than a brochure: divisions, tenders, vacancies, reports and notices. We work remotely with firms across Dhaka and build the CMS so each department edits its own pages. After our rebuild of SRS Networks, a 28-year IT provider, the client reported roughly 3x the visitors 6 months later.

Each item links a documented fact about the district to a section a corporate site there is likely to need.
We design these on WordPress, Webflow or custom code, depending on how many people edit the site and what it connects to.
HR posts vacancies, the procurement team posts tenders and communications publishes news, each with access only to its own section. A senior editor approves pages before they go live, and every change is recorded.
Each opening gets its own page with role, location, deadline and an application form that accepts a CV upload. Expired vacancies close on their deadline, and applications arrive in the inbox HR names.
Annual reports, financial statements and disclosures are filed by year and type, with a short summary beside each PDF. Shareholders and analysts filter by year instead of searching old news posts.
Logo use, colours, fonts and photo style from your guidelines are built into the page templates, so new pages match without manual styling. If guidelines do not exist, we can create the logo and brand style first.
SRS Networks shows a long-running company rebuilt with measurable traffic growth. Trip in Brazil and Rio Day Trip show large multilingual sites kept healthy and migrated without lost rankings.
A full corporate website takes about 2 to 4 weeks once the sitemap and content plan are agreed. Sites with many divisions or a large document archive to migrate take longer, and that time is stated in the plan.

A home page, about and leadership, a page per division or service line, news and notices, careers, tenders where relevant, a report library and contact pages routed by department. The sitemap is set during Discover, based on who visits the site and what they need to find.
The main differences are the number of editors, the volume of documents and the approval steps. A corporate build needs editor roles, archives for notices and reports, and templates strict enough to keep many authors consistent. A small business site rarely needs any of these.
Yes. We take the sections of your printed or PDF profile, such as history, leadership, services and clients you are allowed to name, and turn each into a web page with its own heading and search title. The original PDF can stay available as a download.
Yes. Each language gets its own URL and a switch on every page, so search engines index both and staff edit each version in the CMS. Trip in Brazil, 1 of our projects, runs in 6 languages.
We list every existing URL and document, map each to its new location with a permanent redirect and run speed and SEO checks before the switch. Rio Day Trip was migrated to a new platform without losing its search rankings.
